I don't think you need to get scared for this.
Eventhough USCIS center system accepts the finger prints, FBI system may reject for the quality of Finger print reason.In that case one can get another notice.I did read this some where in FBI or some immigration attorney's FAQs.If I re collect I will post the link.
We(my husband,my two kids,and I) did finger printing on July 19,2007. Now My older son 13 years old got finger printing again. Why?, what does it mean.

The very reason why we join this forum so that we can, as whole, say something that may influence the law makers of this country to change the existing laws so that our problem with GC will be resolve.
Alot of times the comments in this forum are completely irrelevant and very insulting to the Americans. And here, we are asking them to please change your laws so we could live happily in their county. And if they say no, that's their right.
I am as frustrated as anyone here and I know people from other countries including Australia, Philippines, UK and China who have been waiting for years as well.
If we could please make our comments "not country-centric", I am sure more people will join this forum.
I know several people are not participating in this forum anymore because they are turned off by these country-centric comments.
It hurts, but that's the truth.

Iam also in Same bote , three years Degree with 2 years PG diploma with 14 years of industry experiance , Planning to do MBA , which i am looking for cheapest and fast.
can any one see this Western Governors University (wgu.edu) got a MBA in IT. looks per sem... they are charging flat $3000.00. Is this ok to get MS from here (Distance Education) , or not suggestable with this University. All am looking for just to move EB2.

Kondur007 is right. If the dates move forward in leaps and bounds it is because not enough cases are being processed; if the dates stay the same or more forward at a slow rate, it means that USCIS has a demand for Visa Numbers and they are being requested in a consistent pattern, so DOS does not have to advance cut off dates so drastically.
Having said that - it still feels like Russion Roulet. It is tough to stay positive in this environment, so (here is my plug-in), JOIN TeamIV Today and run your stresses away!:D

If you had received a denial of your application for example not having the same designation/ different salary/different location etc... please contact and we would like to assist. This would also help us try solve the larger issue of restrictions on applicants during their greencard journey where they are bound with employers, salary, designation, narrow occupation field etc.

But one thin I enjoy is problem solving and this is one of the hardest out there as it is dynamic.
With Eb3 India the Horizontal spillover methodology kills most hope as there is the large Eb2 India backlog. In 2007(I think) the vertical spillover methodology was followed and Eb3 India got 17000 or so visa numbers. So with Horizontal spillover and no number increase I am sorry to say movement is limited.

The main goal of IV is to bring an end to labor processing delay in the backlog center and I-485 retrogression. We have consistently mentioned this in all possible forums. This has been clearly mentioned on home page. And if there is anybody who has any doubt, we would request you to please call us at (281) 576-7185.
I am beginning to realize that for some people who do not want to contribute, there will always be plenty of reasons and plenty of excuses not to participate & contribute. I think these people are the ones who are actually responsible for the problems of all of us. Our problems do not originate in the slow GC process or the existing bad legislation. Our problems originate due to the people who are always looking for reasons to not participate or do anything or these people who are always looking for reasons to feel offended. And these people are sure doing a wonderful job because there will always be plenty of reasons to feel offended or not feel part of the group or not find enough motivation to feel part of the bigger community.
Asking questions or requesting a specific item in the goals is one thing. People beating the drum of transparency �. That is no big deal either. Everybody is entitled for their opinion. But people watching from the sidelines or for the people who want to include agenda as Goals of the IV or for the people putting conditions to their contributions, here is what I have to say to you. I would sincerely request you to never visit Immigration Voice or any other immigration related forum or website. You guys are the real problem because you are the once helping to foster the current system by not participating in brining the change. At the end of the day, know that you are the real culprits not the system which will be shaped by the contribution of each of us.
In last 2 weeks the contributions has really come down drastically. Everybody please note that we are running very low on the funds collection. All of us have two choices. One, contribute for this cause generously and lead the friends and acquaintances by example and tell them to do the same. But with your choice also understand whether you are being part of the solution or part of the problem. And whatever you do (including posting negative messages), I would sincerely request everybody to ask yourself one question, whether you (or your post) are strengthening or weakening this effort.
I would like to request all the members who have not yet contributed to please contribute generously. Please put your money where your mouth is. This effort or any similar effort for that matter cannot do much without the necessary funds that only come in the form of contributions from its members. And for those of us who have already contributed in the past, its time to please contribute more and help to fuel this effort.
This is not just about the life of the people who started this effort or the core/active members who have taken the initiative and responsibility. This is about all of us whether or not you feel part of it or not. It doesn�t make any difference how you feel about the situation or state of affairs. Why? Because this will be over very soon. And for the people who want to continue to ponder over this idea of whether or not they have a sense of belonging to IV, I would sincerely request you to please understand and know that by any contribution to this effort, you are strengthening your own voices. Did my post suggest in any way that I was defending the guy? I was only ridiculing those who were bad mouthing him.
Are you suggesting that my post would have scored more points if I came out with more ammunition? I did not post in order to win your accolades. The fact that you felt there is not enough ammunition, suggests to me that you think it is perfectly fine to do all those filthy things I was referring to. This tells me about your moral standard.
You had to assume that I probably have a criminal issue too, and thats why I was defending the original poster? Is that the best your mind can think of?
You are sick and tired of defending our community? Do you imply that most people from our community have turned to criminal acts these days, and so you are tired? Because, I have not seen that around the people that I move around with. Is it all too common in your circles and the people you associate with?
You most probably have half the education that I have, your salary is most likely half that of mine, and your moral standard is probably half that of mine. If I start ridiculing you more, you will suffer sleepless nights. So I won't do it (after this post, I mean).
You don't post bullshit in a public forum, just because you can't see the people you are talking to, infront of you. Would you dare call the original poster 'thief' if he is standing infront of you? Would you call him that, if he is a friend of your roommate and your roommate brings him over to your house? The internet must be a new technology for you. It is true that the law does not impose punishments on backstabbers, womanizers, sexual perverts, etc. Prostitution is legal in a lot of countries. The fact that the law permits some things, does not have any bearing on the moral severity or the lack thereof, of those things. Would you choose a 'prostitute' over a 'shop lifter' for a wife? If these are the only 2 options, I would be content with a shop lifter. Would you choose a 'prostitute' because there are no criminal issues involved and you will get your greencard faster?
Even though not many people have posted in support of my post, my reputation has gone up, and yours probably went down. Please don't respond just because you want a revenge.I will always stand up for the one weak guy who is bullied by a 100 really nice & powerful ones. I had all paper work ready for PP and were sent to my Lawyer for premium processing of my Sch. A case. But retrogession occured that night in Nov. visa bulletin. So my lawyer advised me that it is not advantageous to go for it unless your date is current. So we did not filed it.
As I remeber you were not ready for premium process. Any reason or justification for rethinking your decision? let me know if you can outline some advatage of PP of Sch. A at this point, or have seen some cases which enjoyed some advantage due to PP very recently.

There was no RFE at all . Infact I was following up my case through my congressman's office and we always got responce back from uscis saying it is under "Security review" .
The email says "application denied." if it says RFE , I would not have such a shock .
it was reall gard day for me y'day when I sow that . I was almost on the werge of closing a house deal this month and with this 485 issue , I don' think I want to take the risk of buying the house now.
Though I do have little bit hope if it is because 140 revoke and we can prove the AC21 documents , it will get through .

Please! do let me know if you find any insurance company offering a million dollar whole life insurance for $100 a month!! :eek::eek::eek:
As someone said, you really need good luck finding one!
I never said whole life,term could cost around $100/m if your health is reasonably good at 60's not for heart disease or kidney transplant patience.
If you are not aware you could pass on your term life insurance proceedings to your heir
one of my family member have whole life for $81/month for $1m at the age of 28 in NJ, in this plan we will get back everything we paid after 30 years.
As someone said, you really need good luck finding one!
