Are you saying client company will not pay for the expenses or it will not sponsor H1 visa? If the Client Company does not sponsor H1 visa, i do not think you an sponsor yourself. You can pay for your expenses if client company sponsors H1 visa.

I agree with Jliechty...Colorful photo Antoine but less bokeh and focus for all the berries in this one make it a winner. Got to say, the lighting and colors look great!

USCIS is just fooling with you. :D you are an eastern European, right?
Hahaha, you're so funny! I guess you're the smart one from this forum, who thinks everybody loves your jokes! Grow up and get a job!

When you file for a transfer to company C, the USCIS will see if the H-1 with company B was approvable or not before they agree to approve the H-1 with C. You have essentially created a bridge by filing the H-1 with company B. The USCIS has said that they would allow bridge petitions, however in order not to complicate things, i would convert company B H-1 to PP get the approval work for 1 month, get a paystub and then file a transfer.

Bit slow here lately...
FWIW, I think it has potential, maybe make it a bit darker and moodier, it looks a bit blown out in places. If I may be brutally honest I think the subject matter is much more interesting than the picture itself, but with some more work...

I entered via advanced parole, so what should I put as the Manner of Last Entry in the E-Filing?
And I am holding H1B, and also EAd at this moment, what is my Immigration Status?
Thanks.

I filed H1 in April 2007 for my brother who is in India but no news from immigration whether it was approved or denied. As all of you know this year they did a lottery system when i ask my lawyer he says we just have to wait. Its been 5 months now no news. Can somebody suggest me what to do. Is there any website which tells us the status or any number to call.

It's a bit of a pain to use... it shows up every flaw in my technique. I can't get away with some of the handholding sloppiness that I could with the D1. ;)
My only comparisons are the D1 and the D70, the former which I owned, and the latter which I used several times for several hours each. The D200 is definitely of a professional build, unlike the D70, but [speculation warning!] not quite as good as the D2 series. For a mixture of landscape and macro, with a bit of event photography thrown in (the latter being all that I've been able to do with it so far), it's everything I could have hoped for, and more.
Sadly, I haven't made any prints from it yet (partly due to not having time to shoot something that I consider worth wasting ink on), but I don't think that the resolution is going to be a problem for anything that the average amateur would want. It is even possible to crop a bit without worries. I anticipate that it will get a lot of use over spring break, and after that time I hope to write something to post to the user-contributed reviews section of the site. :)
