Type in congressman your city name in google or yahoo search. It will give you various names for your senator and congressmen. Call them and give them your name FN LN, DOB, Alien number and fedex / delivery tracking mnumber. They will call you back with relevant information.

please ignore the dots...the important thing is to make the lawmakers aware of the issue. As mirage mentions we should send a letter to the rep Logfren, (i have mailed the letters), we just want them to be aware that there is an issue, ROWs please send them too, you will also be impacted. Nothing against EB2's or the comments they have passed so far, we dont want to undermine your visas, the idea here is simply to make the lawmakers and DOS/USCIS aware of the problem.
In a way DOS/USCIS have opened a pandoras box because EB3 as a whole will see slower approvals leading to a larger number of countries stuck in the process across a spectrum of countries. earlier it was mainly india, china and mexico. If visa allotment policy holds then you will see more countries getting retrogessed.

I'd be surprised if Arnie is anti-immigration considering he is an immigrant himself.
I am not sure about his public position about legal immigration but I think he made it difficult for immigrants (Legal and Illegal) to get driving permits in CA.

Any body know why there are 3341 cases in March 2005 in EB2 I category, is this about the time PERM came?With out quarterly spill over bulletin is going to get stuck in March 2005 till the end of the USCIS financial year.

I am really surprised by the meek response...what is wrong with everyone?? We have just abt 54 letters so far and almost 200 members online right now !!!

What is the least effort that you can put towards your immigration?
If you cannot write or type a letter, i'm afraid you don't belong to the "Hard working, highly skilled" immigrants that is being referred to in the letter.
Please send me a Private message with your name and deatils and I can write up and post a letter for you....its is actually going to be for me as I am benefitting from this campaign...i don't mind if you get the benefits in the process.
I have the capacity for 3 hand written letters per day...and I am dead serious. We need numbers and a meagre 100 letters are going to get lost amongst thousands of letters that are received at Whitehouse everyday.

IV has provided a template for the members to get a print out sign it and send it to IV address so as to be forwarded to the President
Many people have been responding to this and is a good sign. However there are few more lazy folks who doesn't have patience to download, take print out and send it to IV. For these guys, how about creating an online form with the same template and an ability to modify the template as well plus the provision to provide the Name and address and such details that make the letter personal. Once this form is filled and take a print out, put it an envelope and send it to the President. This is some thing similer to online petition except that it is customized to provide the personal details. This is jus to motivate even those lazy guys!!!!

Now is the time to educate American people how badly we legal immigrants are treated. The whole immigration system is broken in the US. No wonder why 20 million illegal immigrants decided to conceal their identities. There are no rules to be followed (now USCIS itself has broken the immigration law by re-issuing July VB which is against law).
We should send a note to Mr. Director (USCIS) that this action of his department will make the already broken immigration system worse, and Mr. President (USA) will not like it. Even people from the illegal immigrant community who are planning to become legals will now change their minds seeing USCIS chaos.

Guys do not feed the freeloaders by telling anything you are reading in the donor forum. Let these people help themselves by signing up for recurring contributions if they want helpful nformation about their EB2 PD movemement. We are still not meeting of our advocacy day amount. It is all because most people want free lunches. This needs to stop. The 200 people going to DC tomorrow are going to speak for you and me for yours and mine greencard. Vonage won't affect any wireless connections.

The wireless transmission from your cordless phone maybe affecting the transmissions from your wireless router.
Yeah, am using a cordless phone. I dont remember but even with corded phone I guess I had this issue. And the cordless phone is DECT 6 phone which shouldn't interfere with the wireless connection that is at a different frequency.
And what alternatives do you feel could solve this problem?

According to the newsflash on murthy and other sites, the AILF is working with several organizations to prevent 485 applications from getting rejected next month. Can IV core work with them to make the case stronger?
